Merino Hospitality has built it’s reputation on providing stellar customer service.   This is built around our corner stone of personalised interaction.  This usually starts with your first contact with Merino usually by phone, email or What’s App and continues throughout our journey together.

On arrival we meet every client, whether it’s their first visit or their hundredth.   This allows us to ensure that you are settled and gives you a chance to ask questions about Merino Services or any other elements we can be involved with to ensure your stay with us is as successful and enjoyable as it possibly can be.

So that we can ensure all our guests are well looked-after during their visit, our professional staff are on-site all-day, everyday.   We are available to provide exemplary customer service, regardless of the request our staff are trained to help.
