Juan Carlos Garcia

Merino Hospitality would be incomplete without the strong pillar of constant support that is our Operations Supervisor – Juan Carlos Garcia.

Originally from Madrid, Juan moved to London in 2013 and has a great passion for travel and the hospitality industry.  He began his journey with Merino in 2014 when he was a part of an outsourced housekeeping team during the early stages of the company. When working indirectly for the Merino team, his detailed work, can-do attitude and enthusiastic manner lead to Juan becoming an ultimate member of the Merino family. After joining the team on a full-time basis later that year, Juan has become the foundation of the on-site support for our guests, taking care of everything from housekeeping supervision to maintenance. As our Operations Supervisor, Juan always ensures that the highest level of attention is brought onto the smallest of details. Juan would not be Juan without his love for music, and is therefore our go-to man in regard to music venues and what shows are not to be missed!

For the music interested guests looking for an unforgettable experience, Juan recommends making sure to get tickets to an O2 Academy or Royal Albert Hall event! Another great activity to do for those interested in movies is to watch a film under the stars at the open-air cinema at Somerset House or The Luna Cinema.
